Due to the nature of our products and international shipping conditions, all sales are considered final.


However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

- Wrong product delivered
-Package lost in transit (confirmed by courier)


Conditions:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of damage (photos/videos) is required.
